SAFETY & SHIPPING
Agree on the coral before anyone packs a box.
FRAG moderates listings and introductions, but each participant remains responsible for evaluating the other person, the coral and the exchange terms.
Before accepting
- Confirm the exact coral, quantity, current photo, approximate size, source claim, healing status and known pest or dip notes.
- For a peer trade, reject any request for cash, credit, reimbursement, a deposit or another side benefit.
- Keep personal contact and exact address out of public text and images.
- Stop if the story, photo, origin or timing changes after agreement.
Shipping is independent
Each party chooses, buys and manages its own shipping or pickup. Agree on ship dates, packaging expectations, carrier, weather thresholds, evidence windows and what happens if a coral arrives compromised. FRAG does not buy labels, guarantee live arrival or adjudicate carrier claims.
Sales remain disabled
Sale submissions are private intake only while payment-provider and marketplace-tax review are completed. Never use a friends-and-family transfer for a commercial coral sale.
